How Do I Access an E-Course

You can find e-courses here, where you will find brand knowledge, product and treatment courses.

Enrolling in an E-Course
1. Browse the relevant section until you find the course you need.
2. Click on the course to open the course page, where you can read a detailed description.
3. Click Enrol to begin the course.
Once enrolled, you can navigate through the course at your own pace. If you exit, your progress will
be saved, and you can return at any time by visiting My Learning Hub.

How do I navigate through an E-course?
You can return to an e-course at any time using one of the following methods:
My Learning Hub – Find the course under "In Progress" or "Completed Courses".
Search Bar – Enter the course name to locate it quickly.
Original Course Page – Navigate to the page where the course is hosted and click on it.
Resuming or Restarting Your Course
When you re-enter an e-course, you will have the option to Resume (continue where you left
off) or Restart (begin from the start).
To move through the course, use the on-screen navigation buttons.
Navigating Through the Course
If you need to go back or forward, use the Previous or Next buttons in the bottom right-hand
corner.
To jump to a specific section, open the course menu in the top left-hand corner and select
the section you want to view.
